Abstract

Types of virtual reality environments and their different systems used to transform a real environment into a virtual environment. the importance of studying virtual reality as a new technology from a different perspective to deal with the virtual world to make things easier in the interaction between the user and the computer.
The development of virtual reality environments to aid in the process of visualizing the virtual world. How to convert a real-life environment into a virtual environment as an aid in interior design of a residence. The use of virtual reality is still uncommon for ordinary users, due to the cost of the hardware involved.
The use of immersive virtual environments that use reality displays Virtualization and manipulation of interior space concepts as they can increase the sense of presence and provide a natural and intuitive object manipulation interface.
Virtual reality is based on three aspects: Immersion, which is related to the user's sense of the virtual environment. Interaction, which is the ability to discover actions. Participation, which is the degree of motivation and engagement within a particular activity. A virtual environment can be understood as a software system that creates the illusion of a world that does not exist in reality. This requires the combination of input (user interaction), calculation process (simulation) and output (multisensory stimuli). It should contain certain attributes such as colors, lighting, dynamic characteristics and audio features.
