Abstract

Virtual reality technology has grabbed the world's attention. Especially in the commercial sector. Virtual stores have become a reality .A virtual store provides the advantages of a traditional store and an online store. as it is available 24 hour and has endless stock of products in a real-world immersion experience. Color is the most essential element in the virtual store because of its energy and influence on sensory and mental perception. Consumer choices, time spent inside the store and willingness to buy are affected by colors . Color is an effective tool for guiding shopper behavior. around (62-90%) of consumer considerations about the product are based on its color. The objective of this paper is to determine the relationship between color in interior design of virtual store and shopper behavior. To fulfil this objective, The research utilizes the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the environment of virtual store and describe the effect of color on the customer behavior. The significance of the research lies in the realism of its problem, as virtual stores have become a reality. Colors play a huge role in guiding the shopper. The most important results : virtual store environment is similar to the real world. Virtual shopping will be based on entertainment. About 80% of purchasing decisions are made inside the store. Studying customer behavior inside the store is essential and used to design the store in a way that facilitates the shopping experience. Color is used in virtual stores to influence purchasing decisions.
