Abstract

This study aims mainly to discuss how to adapt modern technology to Egyptian antiquities according to the needs of the times. As a modern innovative tool that ensures good technical documentation, preservation and conservation of antiquities, using international scientific standards to confirm the musical cultural identity and link it to cultural evolution. The heritage is the cultural field in which we move by the means of the modern era. Thus, we preserve our heritage and monuments. Using the descriptive analytical method, and the case study method to examine, understand and explain the phenomenon in detail and treat it in more depth, In order to discuss the history of Arabic music and its role in the development, promotion and educate of society, And how to take advantage of modern technologies and globalization in preserving heritage in general and the arts in particular, In accordance with the terms of the UNESCO Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage of 1972,. Accordingly, the researcher reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The positive role of modern technology in revitalize artistic cultural heritage and preserving antiquities; Contribute to understanding and tasting the aesthetics and heritage of Egyptian musical art, Accordingly, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations; The use of technology and digitization in the field of extensive documentation, archiving and description of antiquities; Increasing societal awareness of the importance of technology and digitization in immovable antiquities
