The effect of the design of the production line on the time taken to produce the men's Thope

Abstract

The aim of the research is to: Solve the problem of wasting time by rearranging the operations within the production line in men’s clothing factories, improving the productivity of the worker in the production line, and calculating the increase in productivity as a result of using balance in the design of the production line.

The research used the descriptive and quasi-experimental approaches for their suitability to achieve the objectives of the research and to verify its hypotheses.

The most important results of the research are: There is an effect of the design of the production line on improving the production process in the men’s dress factories, and this effect appears in reducing the time spent in production, improving the worker’s productivity and increasing the amount of production in the men’s dress factory.

The research recommended: applying the proposed design in men's clothing factories because of its impact on reducing production time and improving productivity.
