Employing digital technology to produce wood and epoxy furniture

Abstract

Known as epoxy furniture, it is a material containing epoxy colored in white or semi-random color. 34 of the furniture. And even the extent of adding industrial capabilities, and the field of creating new creative models, new creative methods in business models of epoxy and wood surface furniture. From her models from autumn and palaces from her beautiful version and models of her designs in furniture or from flats or even structural. This is done by the automatic router (CNC) ((routing machines using the computer or even the manual electric from it (the electric router). This enables us to use the computer to translate the design drawing, whatever its shape, into the frame of the corresponding plane of wood, etch it with wood in a recessed manner with wood, and then fill it with epoxy resin. Or by pouring the epoxy into the mold prepared for it and the wood, and after complete drying, the surface is leveled by the router, and then drilling is carried out inside the pinch (the corresponding flat) for the piece of furniture of any kind (flat or structural) and it can also be filled with epoxy in a complementary or contrasting color or even the same color of epoxy Molded with pinch, according to the design to be implemented. This will allow to provide many, many different, non-traditional designs.
