Abstract

The Jordan Museum is a gateway to the cultural and historical heritage of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, where artifacts and works of art are displayed and known as the authentic Jordanian identity, social values ​​and customs from ancient times to the present day. Therefore, care must be taken in the way these precious holdings are displayed, as graphic design is one of the most important elements that play a fundamental role in the methods and methods of presentation. Therefore, this study aimed at analyzing the graphic design elements present in the Jordan Museum, such as visual identity, colors, formations, guiding signs, images, technologies and raw materials used, in order to understand how the graphic design elements contribute to the visitor’s experience, perception, and satisfaction, and create positive impressions about this experience within.
The findings of the study have significant implications for the specialists and designers of the Jordan Museum. The current state of the Jordan Museum in terms of graphic design calls for an urgent need for improvements. By addressing identified shortcomings and implementing recommended changes, the Jordan Museum has the opportunity to transform its exhibitions into visually captivating, cohesive and immersive experiences that effectively convey Jordan's rich cultural heritage to its visitors.
