Abstract

The functional performance of any type of fabric depends on the available natural and mechanical properties that are compatible with this performance, and these properties change according to the change in the elements of the structural structures such as the density of the threads, wefts, the weaving structure and the number of the threads, or because of the external treatments and equipment that are carried out on the fabric after its production. The research samples were produced on a jacquard loom of strength (3072), and transfer printing was used to prepare the produced fabrics, conduct tensile strength, hardness, elongation, weight, and color fastness tests on the produced samples, and compare changes in the properties of the produced textiles before and after printing. With the use of histological structures as an independent variable with fixation of the rest of the variables, three histological structures were chosen that have the same amount of appearance of the warp and weft chevrons basket weave 5/5 of the warp and weft, twill 5/5 regular, neutral, and satin 10.One of the most important final processing processes used - for the raw fabrics produced under research - is thermal transfer printing - transfer - as the use of this type of printing is an alternative to the processes of dyeing threads and dyeing fabrics, which have major problems on the quality of the final product, and therefore the use of this type of printing It saves us a lot of problems. This research presents the foundations for the production .
