Abstract

Abstract
This research paper mainly discusses the role of technological development in improving color vision for people with color blindness, as people with color blindness face many problems, the most important of which is the extent to which they comprehend different color tones in multimedia. The progress of modern techniques in technology, especially in the field of computer vision that contributes to improving the rate of color classification on images and data for people who suffer from color blindness.
Colors affect concentration, while people with color blindness have some problems such as being mainly distracted in educational content and having poor color vision.
Color perception is required when interacting with educational materials, but people with color blindness have difficulties in perceiving colors, but there are possibilities to improve it using artificial intelligence, to learn colors that color blind people cannot distinguish well using input data and recolor the image by Increasing their brightness, so using artificial intelligence they can detect a wide range of colors by varying the color contrast of objects and models using color filters and filters through artificial intelligence applications and programs.
After applying the modified filter to images and models with primary and secondary colors, people with color blindness and people with normal vision became able to interpret accurate (correct) colors and differentiate between colors relatively through gradations and color contrast.
