Abstract

Advertising design is crucial in attracting attention and increasing awareness of the product or service you are promoting. One of the important cultural institutions that depend on promoting and attracting visitors is museums. This research aims to explore the design of an effective advertisement for the New Egyptian Museum, which reflects Egypt's ancient heritage and targets an audience interested in Egyptian culture and history. Museums are considered among the most important cultural and heritage facilities that seek to preserve cultural heritage and enhance understanding and appreciation of history and culture. Among these distinguished museums around the world, the New Egyptian Museum stands out as an eye-catching place rich in Egypt’s ancient history. Announcing the opening of the New Egyptian Museum is one of the most important steps to attract the public and motivate them to visit the museum and explore the cultural and historical treasures it contains. In this context, social media advertising design plays a crucial role in spreading the museum’s message, attracting attention, and interacting with the target audience. Social media is a powerful platform for promoting products and services and contributes to building awareness and attracting an audience. This research aims to explore the design of an effective social media advertisement for the New Egyptian Museum and to highlight the ancient heritage and Pharaonic culture displayed in the museum.
