Abstract
the future vision of architecture in Egypt 2050, the study on the future of architecture in Egypt 2050, and the proposed development plan for desert urbanization were presented, as it considered that the development of Egypt, in general, is linked to reducing population density through the inevitability of urban expansion in the desert hinterland, Sinai, and remote areas far from local networks and services. So, it will be a safe, comfortable, and beloved city for its residents, and it will be a green and smart city in which internal communication is easy and it achieves sustainability and self-sufficiency in energy and food. The most important thing a person needs is stability, security in his living, and finding a balance between him and the surrounding environment of which he is a part. The research sheds light on self-sufficiency strategies for the interior design of buildings that are separate and independent of service support elements and infrastructure facilities (self-supporting), using sustainable environmental technologies, low-energy building techniques, and reducing negative energy and fuel consumption.
The research also addresses the concepts of autonomous interior design, . It provides him with the need for heating and cooling through thermal mass and other technologies and methods to create a comfortable living environment. Also uses wind and solar energy to generate electricity, in addition to rainwater harvesting and filtering systems to provide drinking water as well as treating wastewater, in addition to, Producing its food, exploiting renewable energy sources.
