Among the problems that people suffer from are the result of the inappropriate choice and use of clothing, which if neglected may turn into chronic diseases, some of which are related to the skin, those related to the lung, and some of them are linked to various injuries to the body as a result of collisions.
The research aims to prepare an electronic guide to raise women’s awareness of the clothing requirements during the Hajj and Umrah period in accordance with the nature of the climate in the sacred ritual area and according to the nature of motor performance, in order to overcome health problems resulting from poor selection and use of appropriate clothing and in an attempt to improve the Hajj environment in response to the points related to Hajj and Umrah. The research followed the descriptive approach and the applied study, and the research design clothes suitable for women during the performance of Hajj and Umrah , and they were evaluated through a questionnaire directed to specialists who had previously performed the rituals, while providing an electronic guide that may contribute to educating women about appropriate clothing during Hajj and Umrah for dissemination through Campaigns and competent authorities
