Interior space design is a process that involves collaboration between clients and designers in order to come up with a proposal about the content of any type of interior space. It involves decisions on form, content, furniture arrangements, etc. according to design principles and client preferences. Experiments have shown that designers using a three-dimensional (3D) environment spend less time coming up with the design than with traditional processes, such as drawing, as they can more easily manipulate parts of the design and evaluate it. Interior design can therefore take advantage of the advanced visualization and interaction capabilities offered by virtual reality by developing usable tools for developing and evaluating 3D concepts. The use of VR is still uncommon for average users, due to the cost of the hardware involved and related problems resulting from prolonged exposure to immersive environments, however, desktop virtual environments and VR applications that use common computer hardware (such as keyboard, mouse, and monitor) are beginning to In showing its great potential as a new means of human-computer interaction. Although not fully immersive, users interacting with desktop virtual environments demonstrate a psychological immersion effect. Desktop VR applications, especially web-based ones, can provide an affordable and accessible solution for designing interactive interior spaces in real time. Hence, there have been developments in virtual architecture to consider the design of a virtual room that begins by resembling an actual room. Depending on the activities and use of the space to be converted.
