Abstract

In the first quarter of the twenty-first century, the field of furniture design witnessed many challenges regarding the harmonious balance between the general design of a piece of furniture and the mechanisms of implementation, The issue is not only that the piece of furniture has aesthetic value and performs its function or has a design that attracts the recipient’s approval, but also in the obstacles and challenges related to the production processes, In some furniture works with relatively complex shapes and lines, it may be necessary to use special strategies in terms of implementation and materials with their mechanical properties “behavior and properties of materials”, Or the design under the influence of different loads, to enhance the stability and stability of the furniture. This refers to the specific shapes and lines of the general form of the piece of furniture, which have an important influence in determining the features of the design with “configuration engineering,” the goal is to clarify how the designer can link or combine artistic design with practical application, which leads to presenting pieces of furniture with aesthetics and functional performance ,refers to : balance - furniture design - shape geometry - implementation
