The research explores the potential of using diverse and innovative materials to address energy-related issues in commercial spaces. These materials aim to enhance both the internal and external environments of commercial buildings while boosting customer attraction. The study focuses on leveraging innovative materials for finishing interior and exterior spaces that are directly exposed to weather conditions such as heat, humidity, and light. These materials could include insulating materials, light-reflective materials, or those that facilitate effective natural ventilation, thereby contributing to reduced energy consumption and providing a comfortable environment for visitors and customers.

The research highlights how modern technologies, such as thermal insulation techniques, solar panels, and smart control systems, can be utilized to achieve greater sustainability in the use of environmental resources. It also discusses how contemporary commercial building designs can effectively integrate these technologies and materials to minimize environmental impact and enhance energy efficiency, aligning with the principles of sustainable design that promote comfort and commercial appeal. The study concludes by emphasizing that adopting these materials and technologies not only achieves environmental sustainability but also improves the efficiency of commercial buildings and offers a comfortable and attractive environment for customers, thereby contributing to the success of the business.
