Abstract

This research addressed the importance and how the user experience works and its impact on the interior design of the space and creates an enjoyable experience for the user. The existence of design processes that are not always in line with how to meet the needs of the user in the early design stages led to the absence of modern, accessible and comprehensive spaces that meet the requirements of customers, operators and supervisors. Therefore, the design centered around life gives priority to comprehensive well-being and individual experiences. Therefore, we must create an interior design based on the user's needs and enhance the confidence of beneficiaries in passenger stations, considering the broader ecosystem in which people live. The research also emphasized that the interior design should not be limited to aesthetic artistic considerations only but should also focus on the material needs and psychological expectations of visitors. The main goal of the interior design of passenger stations is to provide a high-quality riding experience for passengers, and to achieve comfort, well-being and enjoyment for passengers. The user experience is of great importance in the connection of users to the place and their interaction with it. The research also reviewed the stages of designing the user experience and achieving it in the interior design of passenger stations, and how to measure the user experience of the service provided.
