Abstract

Heritage establishments are a national wealth and a historical witness for any society, as they have a cultural and social role in giving. They are establishments that do not belong to a specific generation or a specific class, but are a right for all generations and groups. Egypt has a huge number of heritage establishments that represent historical, social and cultural values that reflect the nature and features of the Egyptian personality.
Despite the technological progress, whose effects appeared on several fields, the architectural cultural heritage and heritage buildings are exposed to many external influences. These influences must be dealt with at all levels, and the heritage stock must be employed to preserve and protect heritage buildings and their internal space. In this regard, it was necessary to study the nature of the heritage facilities and what are the challenges facing the heritage origin and the problems that may strike it and its internal voids, a conscious study ,

The designer should be fully aware of the latest global trends in terms of intellectual models and creative solutions, which change and affect his design ideas and solutions to problems. This is what the design thinking methodology does by following some specific and flexible steps in detail, in detail, on how to creatively solve problems with human-centered solutions, which contribute to transforming problem solutions from theory to application, as the method that the design thinker follows to solve a problem comes from the perspective of the goal.
