Abstract

The construction industry has witnessed a global boom in recent years, globally and locally with it developing construction methods and project delivery methods. With the required quality standards and adherence to the estimated cost of the projects while preserving the time factor and not skipping it, all these circumstances represent a major challenge for project-based organizations that want to remain competitive, however, the reality shows that interior design projects often face problems in Adhere to project delivery schedules.
After the research, it was found that there is a dearth of previous studies on managing interior design projects and managing the schedule of projects because many people believe that achieving higher levels of quality and efficiency in interior design projects within the time limits and the estimated cost is an insurmountable struggle but there is evidence Indicates the possibility of overcoming this conflict and this research will prove that the use of specific project management techniques can help achieve reductions in project duration without increasing costs and without compromising quality and developing strategies for management and scheduling of interior design projects with a study on simulation methods and their role in reducing time Implementation in projects.
